Peggy and Jan are dedicated to providing competent, caring service to our clients. We subscribe to an integrated, holistic approach to counselling and the issues and struggles that life brings. We believe in treating all aspects of the human condition - body, mind, soul and spirit. While our personal convictions are based in the Judeo Christian faith, we partner with people from all worldviews and walks of life. We are committed to assisting those who come to us in finding a better quality of life.
Peggy has a Master of Arts in Education (1990) and Master of Arts in Counselling (1991), from Providence Theological Seminary. Peggy has been working as a therapist in Saskatoon since 1991, owning Peggy Gossen Counselling since 1997.
Peggy brings over 25 years in experience in: Marriage and Family Counselling, including premarital, blended families and divorce; Depression; Anxiety; Addictions; Adult survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse/Sexual assault; Adult Children of Alcoholics; Anger Management; Intimate Personal Violence; Eating Disorders; and Grief Therapy.
Peggy is a certified supervisor (CPS) and member with the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists (PACCP); a member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA); as well as a member in good standing with the Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce. Peggy offers counselling services in person or via phone or Skype conferencing.
Jan holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary (2014), and completed a teaching/counselling fellowship with Providence in April 2015. She is a graduate of Foothills Hospital School of Nursing (1981), and has over 30 years experience in critical care nursing.
Jan has owned Jan Nerenberg Counselling since 2015 and is a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist.
Jan is a retired member of the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) formerly known as Saskatchewan Association of Registered Nurses (SRNA) ; a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, (CRPO); a Certified Professional Counsellor (CPC) with the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists (PACCP); and a member of Eye Movement desensitization and Reprocessing International Association or EMDRIA. As well, Jan has completed certificates in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples; and Critical Incident Stress Management from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.
Jan works with a variety of mental health issues, with a focus on trauma, childhood sexual abuse, anxiety,depression, grief, work-place stress, intimate personal violence, addictions and health care stresses.
Jan offers counselling in person or via video conferencing.
Heather holds a B.A. Psyc. Adv. and a B.S.P.E. (1996) from the University of Saskatchewan and an Intermediate Care Paramedic license from S.I.A.S.T. In 2019, Heather completed a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary.
Heather has worked as a Personal Trainer and an Exercise Therapist previously and currently practices as an Intermediate Care Paramedic, as well her current practise as a psychotherapist.
Heather is a sports enthusiast with interests in a variety of athletics. She also enjoys music and singing performances, and has a black belt in karate.

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (2001), from the University of Alberta and a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence Theological Seminary.
For the past 5 years, Jenna has been working with International students at the University of Saskatchewan, helping them navigate various challenges of living cross-culturally. She has also mentored several of these students in their faith journey. Prior to her work with International students in Saskatoon, Jenna served as a global worker in East Asia for 11 years.
Jenna is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is passionate about befriending and supporting newcomers to Canada. Jenna is naturally warm and empathetic and enjoys journeying alongside clients in their quest for healing and support.
